This week on Wall Street, stocks were in a holding pattern. This is a common occurrence given that Q3 earnings season has begun. With that said, the big revenue surprise came from Dow component American Express Company (AXP), which posted total revenues of $10.9 billion for the quarter ending September 2019. This compares to year-ago revenues of $10.1 billion.
The company also reported that its net revenue was $1.8 billion, up 6% from a year ago. American Express is absolutely benefiting form the world-wide consumer trend of buying products and services online.
I expect all Wealthy Investor stocks to deliver handsomely for the remainder of Q3.
Let’s stay connected during Q3 earnings.
Stay Open. Stay Positive.
