This week as a whole, the stock market remained neutral with few stocks advancing.
However, it was announced that on Dec. 21st. Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) will be added to the S&P 500 index.
What does this mean?
The S&P 500 index which includes the Dow 30 was created as a way of measuring the performance of the U.S. stock market on a daily basis. The reason Tesla stock was added to the S&P 500 was because the company finally had five consecutive quarters of net profit.
Good Dates
In the Wealthy Investor program we trade stocks that are members of the Dow and S&P 500 because these companies have the greatest probability of rising in revenue and increasing in value.
Your job over the next 12 months is to trade and invest in Dow and S&P 500 components.
