This week we've seen WI long-term holds become range-bound. MSFT (Microsoft Corporation), DIS (The Walt Disney Company) ,TXN (Texas Instruments Inc.), AMZN (Amazon.com Inc.), V (Visa) and MA (MasterCard), are all trading in a range. This is a good sign. When stocks are range-bound we collect covered call premium and have a higher probability of collecting dividends. I expect the market to be range-bound for the next 7 trading days. Your job is to take advantage of stocks that are in a trading range, buying back covered calls and reselling 30 days out when applicable.
Special note: Be sure to add up all your monthly dividends for December and January. Monthly dividends are taxable and should be included in your monthly income target.
